Origially from the great state of Maine, Bryan attened the University of New Mexico majoring in Business of Computer Systems before moving to Orlando where he was the Technical Lead for the launch of high-speed Internet access in Central Florida.  This began his long career with RoadRunner / Time Warner Cable in Central Florida and then in Northern Virginia. Bryan engineered and managed solutions for both internal and externally facing products that delivered high-speed Internet access over both coax and/or fiber optics, to customers accross the nation. 

Bryan comes to the Black Butte Ranch Police Department after growing bored in his early retirement and looking for an opportunity to change focus to the public sector, looking for opportunities to put his vast skills to use.
