Phil Zerzan is a full-time resident at Black Butte Ranch. He lives here after spending 30 years with the Oregon State Police and 7 years as the Chief of Police for Portland State University.  Phil has a BA from Oregon State University.  He enjoys spending time at the Ranch with his children and grandchildren.
